LEWISTON, Maine -- Firefighters from Lewiston and Auburn battled an early-morning fire at 2 Summer St. in Lewiston. The fire was reported around 4 a.m. Thursday. The building is located near Central Maine Medical Center. Lewiston firefighters told News 8 the building was a vacant residential trailer, but it did have electricity. The trailer also had several additions on it, and firefighters said those additions made it difficult to get inside and fight the fire. The fire was mostly contained to the attic. Firefighters say they don't believe the fire is suspicious.
